英語教師は授業がすべて

自分の学校の授業がきちんとできない奴はダメだ。あたりまえだけど。案山子（かかし）が多いね。

If I may state the obvious, a teacher who cannot teach his own students well is a second-class teacher whatever else he can. Sad to notice that they are just scarecrows, who have nothing inside.
